Job summary

C2 Recruitment Limited is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support major supermarkets across the UK, creating attractive, well-stocked stores and ensuring products are readily available for customers.

You'll travel between locations, work on planning layouts, and collaborate with an experienced team. Shifts are overnight with some daytime slots; training is provided to help you succeed. Immediate starts are available with flexible shifts and access to earned wages via Wagestream.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over due to the working hours.
• Full training provided; prior retail experience is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable with overnight shifts, on-your-feet work and moving stock.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work on a variety of merchandising projects in major supermarkets, helping to create attractive, well-stocked stores that are ready for customers. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll travel to different retail locations, with every shift bringing something different.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products to planograms
• Building and replenishing displays
• Reprofiling fixtures to maximise product availability
• Moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shop floor
• Cleaning fixtures where required
• Supporting store teams with stock replenishment
• Delivering projects efficiently while maintaining high standards

Most shifts are

10-12 hours and take place overnight, although some daytime work is available. You'll manage your availability and accept shifts through our easy-to-use smartphone app.

Travel may be required when local work isn't available, with accommodation provided for overnight stays where needed.

• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
