Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Plumber in East Grinstead to perform PPM on plumbing and mechanical systems and respond to repair requests. You will maintain water services, sanitaryware, and associated plumbing, while conducting inspections to keep equipment safe and efficient.

The role requires hands-on experience in commercial building services and strong fault-finding skills to quickly diagnose and fix issues.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Experience working on commercial building services.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

About You
