Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist residents with personal care, supporting their dignity and independence in a compassionate, patient-friendly environment.

You will be part of a focused team, reporting to a Nurse or Senior Support Worker, and will participate in everyday activities to maintain high care standards and the wellbeing of residents.

Job description

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
