Alpha Resource Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Freelance or Part‑Time HR Advisor with a Health and Social Care background to join the team in London on a freelance or part‑time basis.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide hands‑on generalist HR support, focusing on employee relations, safeguarding, compliance and guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as freelance or part‑time HR Advisor in health and social care.
• Background in health and social care settings is required.
• Skilled in handling employee relations, including absence and performance issues.
• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements for health and social care environments.
• Understanding of current employment legislation and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations matters, including absence and performance cases.
• Advising and guiding managers on day‑to‑day people issues.
• Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements.
• Ensuring staff documents and HR records remain compliant and up to date.
• Providing advice in line with employment legislation, HR policies and Health and Social Care requirements.

Our Clients; Care providers in Northwest and Southwest London areas are looking an experienced Freelance or Part Time HR Advisors with a background in Health and Social Care to join the team on a Freelance or part-time basis

Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on generalist HR support, with a particular focus on employee relations, manager guidance, compliance and the specific safeguarding requirements that come with working within Health and Social Car environment.
