Job summary

Tesco Colleague roles in Crawley offer flexible, part-time work with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. You’ll join a friendly store team, provide great service, and learn new skills while supporting customers across the shop.

Responsibilities include friendly service, product knowledge, shelf replenishment, checkout support, and helping with online orders, all while enjoying employee benefits and a focus on inclusion and development.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
