Tesco in Eastleigh is seeking a Part-time Colleague to join our store team. You’ll contribute to a busy environment, provide friendly service, and support customers across roles such as shelf replenishment, checkout, and order picking.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

You will need

• To be over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• To use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• To work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
