Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking Merchandisers for the Pontyclun area. This role is approx 2–4 hours per week, increasing during busy periods, at £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within two weeks after onboarding and training, with long‑term, ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Own car is required for store visits within 10 miles of Pontyclun.
• Confident talking to store staff and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery, and premium beauty stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures and shelf layouts.
• Merchandise products according to planograms.
• Maximize stock on shelves to drive sales and maintain attractive displays.
• Top up products and arrange displays to be easily found by customers.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be required.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Pontyclun area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -

supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.

Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: Pontyclun, United Kingdom, CF72

Territory covering: Pontyclun (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
