Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers to visit stores around Pontyclun (CF72) and surrounding areas for merchandising tasks and POS setup. Use your own car and work 2–4 hours weekly with potential to increase during busy periods.

Shifts are Tue, Thu and Sat with some fixed days and flexible Monday–Sunday coverage. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, especially in health & beauty or premium chains, and are reliable, independent, and able to navigate store fixtures confidently.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Use of a car is essential.
• Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tue, Thu and Sat).
• Covering Pontyclun area within 10 miles.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms and ensure stock is on shelves.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
• Report via app with clear photos and feedback.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Pontyclun area.

Approx 2 - 4 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available.

Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days

• Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising

• health & beauty would be beneficial
• supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.

Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: Pontyclun, United Kingdom, CF72 Territory covering: Pontyclun (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding What You’ll Be Doing: Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving) Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.

Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.

Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy for customers to find.

Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.

Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What you’re looking for: Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.

Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.

Someone who is available Monday to Sunday.

We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.

Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.

Takes pride in their work.

Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home). Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app
