Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Cleaners / Waste Operatives to join the cleaning and waste management team at a large warehouse facility in Coventry.

We have full-time day and night shift opportunities available for reliable, hardworking individuals. This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Safety boots must be worn on site.
• Willing to complete a Basic DBS check.
• Clean criminal record required.
• Physically able to carry out cleaning and waste removal duties.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Able to work the advertised shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, sorting and disposing of waste throughout the warehouse.
• Supporting recycling and waste segregation processes.
• Cleaning warehouse floors, loading bays and operational areas.
• Emptying bins and maintaining designated waste disposal areas.
• Sweeping, mopping and carrying out general cleaning duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider cleaning team with daily housekeeping tasks.

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off

Shift Length: 12 hours (including a 60-minute unpaid break)
