Franco Manca Guildford is seeking a Pizza Second Chef to join our fast‑paced kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, help deliver consistently excellent pizzas, and oversee key areas from prep to safety. A passion for great food and a collaborative mindset are essential.

• Experience in a busy kitchen with strong understanding of food prep, hygiene and service.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality food and working well with others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver consistently amazing pizzas.
• Take responsibility for food prep, quality control, hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and support junior team members and share your passion for great food.
• Stay calm under pressure and lead the team when the Head Chef isn’t around.
• Hands-on role from dough stretching to creating pizzas that delight guests.
