Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the Lower Lea Valley Integrated Community Team in Cheshunt. The role covers 08:00–22:00, seven days a week, with training and support provided as part of our preceptorship for new or international nurses.

Community Staff Nurse - Lower Lea Valley | Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust

An opportunity has arisen for a staff nurse to join the friendly Lower Lea Valley Integrated Community Team which provides care to patient in Cheshunt and surrounding areas. The service covers the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 7 days a week.

If you are a student nurse, we would welcome your application, working in an acute Trust is not compulsory before gaining your first position in the community as we provide full training and support.

We also welcome applications from acute nurses who are looking for a community based role.

HCT are proud to offer all newly qualified practitioners and international recruited staff a Preceptorship programme that supports their transition to autonomous, confident and competent practitioner. The annual programme will cover topics such as Patient safety, communications skills, safeguarding, quality improvement, leadership, and management. As a Preceptee you will have regular meetings with your preceptor and AHP Preceptorship lead.
