Job summary

First4Homecare Ltd. in Cheltenham is seeking caring, patient individuals to join our expanding team to support adults to live independently in their own homes.

No previous experience required—full training is provided. You can work full-time or part-time, with flexible shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes in and around Cheltenham, typically 30 minutes to 2 hours per visit.
• Deliver personal support such as meal prep, light cleaning, medication support, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help clients live independently at home and maintain safety and comfort.

We are looking for EXPERIENCED --AND-- NEW CARERS to join our expanding team to support our clients (adults) to live independently in their own homes across Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Your Role:

• - Decide to work full or part-time.
• - Visit clients in their homes in and around Cheltenham, usually for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours at a time.
• - Deliver personal support to them, such as meal prep, light domestic cleaning, medication support, grooming and hygiene.
• - Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• - Help them to live independently at home instead of having to move to a care home
• - Maintain safety and comfort at home for them
• - Occasionally, provide shopping and Dr appointment assistance
• - Most clients are elderly
• - Work as part of a care team, supported by a full-time office (some appointments are two carers at a time)
