Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, engaging and inclusive lessons appropriate to learners’ ages, abilities and individual needs.

Develop and implement schemes of work and learning programmes in line with curriculum requirements and educational standards.

Assess learners’ knowledge, skills and progress using appropriate formative and summative assessment methods.

Analyse assessment results to identify learning gaps and implement suitable interventions and support.

Differentiate teaching strategies, resources and activities to meet a wide range of learning abilities and additional needs.

Establish and maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and achievement.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive behaviour, respect and a strong learning culture.

Provide clear, constructive and timely feedback to learners to support their academic and personal development.
