Job summary

Play B C Preschool in Carshalton is offering a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship under Training with Swift Childcare. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a setting open 8am–6pm across 51 weeks a year. Apprentice pay starts at £8.00 per hour with a rise after 12 months. The programme lasts 14 months.

The role supports children's learning through play, assists with daily routines, and helps maintain a safe, stimulating environment while working with the nursery team.

• GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented.

About the Nursery

Play B C Preschool operates across two well-established sites in Carshalton and Wallington. The nurseries care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, including a dedicated under-2s area. Open 51 weeks a year (8am–6pm), the settings provide a nurturing environment where children learn and thrive through rich, engaging experiences.
