Greggs PLC is hiring a Shift Manager in Carlisle to lead a shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team, ensure customer satisfaction across in-store and online orders, and manage shifts with a focus on service quality.

Salary: £14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'll lead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
