The role involves taking orders, serving customers, handling payments, and keeping the café and kitchen areas clean and well stocked. You will assist with light meal preparation as needed and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Based at the auction mart, the post supports both staff and customers with efficient and friendly service in a bustling environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers as required.
• Collecting payments from customers.
• Ensuring all café and kitchen areas are clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Replenish service areas with condiments, napkins, products etc. as required.
• When required, assist with the preparation and cooking of hot and cold meals, in accordance with pre-set menus.
