Job summary

REVIVE (Revive Elim Church) is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join the café team on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, and handle payments in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves stocking, maintaining hygiene, and supporting kitchen preparation while upholding high food safety standards. Weekday hours are approx. 15 hours with occasional extra hours during leave periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Take food and drink orders and ensure items are prepared correctly.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Operate the till and handle payments.
• Keep the café, dining area and service stations clean and well organised.
• Assist with stocking shelves, displays and replenishing supplies.
• Support the Chef to prepare fresh food to a high standard while maintaining hygiene.
• Use cooking and service equipment safely and in line with procedures.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures at all times.

Part-time, weekdays.Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, approx. 15 hours.Occasionally, available to work some extra hours to cover annual and sickness leave.
