As a
Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of stock counters to deliver accurate, efficient and professional stocktaking services across a range of retail and commercial customer sites.
You will take ownership of the stocktake from arrival through to completion, ensuring that company and customer procedures are followed, agreed timescales are met and the highest standards of accuracy, productivity and customer service are maintained.
This is a
mobile and hands-on role, with travel to different customer locations each day. You will need to be flexible regarding working hours and locations, and there may be occasions where overnight stays away from home are required.
The role involves working across a variety of retail stores, warehouses and other customer premises. You should be comfortable working in different environments and adapting to the requirements of each site.
The role involves
prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as occasional use of step stools and ladders. Some assignments may require access to ground-level and high-level stock within large retail or warehouse environments.
Due to the nature of the role,
evening, night and early-morning working will be required, including weekend work as part of the 5-in-7-day working pattern. Occasional overnight stays away from home may also be necessary.
