Job summary

Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a leadership role in Forest Row? We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join a vibrant local nursery team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire room staff to deliver exceptional Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) care.

Room Management: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, manage daily routines, and oversee learning environments.

Child Development: Act as a Key Person, monitoring progress, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate learning journals.

Parent Communication: Maintain open, professional relationships with parents and carers regarding child updates.
