Job summary

Kellaway Building Supplies in Bristol is seeking a Branch Supervisor to help drive branch performance and customer service excellence. You will work with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets, supervise staff, manage stock and ensure health and safety standards are met. The role includes counter and telephone sales support and career development opportunities.

Salary £30,839 per year with overtime, bonus and benefits, plus a generous holiday and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the achievement of branch sales, profit and performance targets
• Assisting in the day-to-day supervision of the branch and driving best practice standards
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing and developing customer accounts
• Providing counter and telephone sales support
• Processing payments, operating tills and completing reconciliations
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Supervising and motivating branch colleagues
• Promoting and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting the efficient planning and coordination of branch transport operations

Your Role

• As Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation and performance of the branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
