Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Borehamwood branch, drive performance, and manage a dedicated team across sales, logistics and service delivery. You’ll deliver outstanding customer experience and hit branch KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and a customer-focused mindset, with HR and safety responsibilities, and close collaboration with field teams. Expect a 46-hour week with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team with line management responsibility for the branch.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Actively participate in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate behaviour aligned with company core values.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the branch team
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch in order to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIs
• Have an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment our people are our most valuable asset
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety first culture
