Burch Recruitment LTD is seeking Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to cover Brighton and Worthing. You will deliver parcels, start around 7:30 AM, and work up to 9.5 hours, earning a day rate between £140 and £169.

This role requires a UK driving licence, 21+, no unspent convictions, and the ability to work independently. You’ll manage your own tax and National Insurance as a self-employed contractor.

Self-Employed Delivery Drivers - Brighton and Worthing | ££140 up to £169/day

Join our team and deliver with purpose!

We’re looking for reliable, motivated drivers to help us provide fast, friendly, and eco-conscious parcel deliveries. Work independently, enjoy great rates, and make a positive impact on the environment.

What We Offer:

• Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
• Mileage contribution - £0.20 per business mile
• Drive eco-friendly electric vans - use your own or rent from our trusted partner (£230/week inc. VAT, insurance & servicing)
• Flexible schedule - operate 7 days a week and choose when you work
• Full onboarding & ongoing support from our friendly coordination team

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 21+ with a UK driving licence (1+ years)
• No unspent criminal convictions
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to work independently
• We operate a strict Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy.
• All drivers are subject to random alcohol and drug testing
• Full compliance is required at all times
• Important: This is a self-employed role - you’ll manage your own tax and National Insurance.
