Hostelling Scotland is recruiting a Hostel Assistant for Portree Youth Hostel on the Isle of Skye. The role offers live-in accommodation and a fixed term contract from ASAP until 31 October 2027, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

Applicants must have right to work in the UK and provide references and a basic disclosure clearance. The position focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience within a friendly, supportive team environment, with on-site duties and opportunities to train, travel

Location: Portree Youth Hostel (Portree, Isle of Skye, IV51 9EW)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, ASAP until 31/Oct/2027

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Accommodation: Live-in accommodation available (Note: a small weekly utility levy applies.)
