Job summary

Brecon High School is seeking a Site Supervisor (Grade 7) to lead the management, maintenance and development of our school site on a £22m campus in Brecon. You will ensure a safe, secure environment for students and staff and oversee health and safety, contractor management and daily operations.

This 37-hour-per-week, permanent role requires hands-on facilities leadership with a focus on high standards, safeguarding and continuous site improvement.

As Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our students and staff learn and work in a safe, secure and exceptional environment every day. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our £22 million purpose-built campus – the only secondary school new build in Powys. From leading health and safety compliance and contractor management to overseeing maintenance, security and site development, this is a role with genuine responsibility and impact.
