Job summary

Fawkes & Reece, a well established Social Housing Contractor, is seeking a Site Supervisor for a permanent re-roofing and solar PV project in Bradford. You will report to the Project Manager and ensure the programme is delivered on time and within budget.

Applicants must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates with a proven track record in refurbishment, ideally roofing. Salary is up to £35k plus car allowance and other benefits, with a focus on safety and tenant satisfaction.

• Proven track record delivering refurbishment schemes, ideally with roofing experience.
• Stable and progressive career history on CV

Responsibilities

• Smooth operational oversight to ensure programme completion within timescales and budget.

• Order materials and manage site resources.

Job description

We are working with a well established and longstanding Social Housing Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos. The company get regular repeat business from their clients, and have a great reputation due to the quality of work they deliver.

They have been awarded new contracts, alongside their existing contracts with clients. As a result, they are seeking a Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a re-roofing & solar PV scheme in Bradford.

You will be reporting into a Project Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Refurbishment schemes, ideally with some roofing experience.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is up to £35k plus car allowance and other benefits (fuel card, pension, bonus etc.)
