Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Support Worker for an exceptional care home in Brackley, Northampton area. This permanent full-time role offers 36 hours per week on day or night shifts, with a competitive hourly rate.

You will work with nursing, residential, dementia and respite care, providing compassionate support, personal care, and reliable record-keeping. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Brackley, Northampton area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a spacious care home with purpose-built facilities making it the perfect setting for nursing, residential, dementia and respite care

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Key duties

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
