Job description

Finance & Business Academy Limited is seeking an Business Development Manager to support the development and growth of our university partnerships, student recruitment channels and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with universities, education providers and recruitment partners, undertake market research and contribute to business development and sales strategies, and support the achievement of agreed recruitment and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities will include managing partner accounts, identifying new market opportunities, analysing recruitment and business performance, preparing partnership and business proposals, coordinating promotional and recruitment activities, maintaining an active business development pipeline, and producing reports and recommendations for senior management.

The role will work closely with the Director of Operations, admissions, partnerships and marketing teams to support the continued development of the Company's education recruitment and student-support activities.
