Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members for a local Co-op store. You’ll work in a friendly, fast-moving team, delivering helpful service on the shop floor, at tills, and in the bakery. Duties may include handling post or online orders to support community needs.
The role offers 12 hours per week with regular overtime in a permanent part-time contract. Training is provided, you must be 18+, and you’ll join a team helping customers while contributing to community initiatives.
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

You’ll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, making sure customers can find what they need. You’ll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you’ll promote Co-op membership, helping more customers enjoy the benefits of our unique business.
