Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and deliver great customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and online orders. You’ll join the management team and help run the store when the Manager isn’t around.

You’ll inspire the team, lead by example, prepare products and manage the ovens, ensure displays are fully stocked, keep the shop clean and welcoming, and support colleagues to meet high standards every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Reliable, capable of leading a team and delivering exceptional service.

About the role

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
