Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to support children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. A range of shifts are available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

Applicants should have at least six months of care experience, plus experience with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and reliability, compassion and a person-centred approach

• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.
