Job summary

HORIBA MIRA Ltd in Basildon is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Electrification and Environmental team at Quatro Park. You will deliver customer electrification test programmes, plan and execute tests, and report outcomes in line with quality, safety and customer requirements.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary test environment, manage tests from quotation through final report, apply engineering judgement to solve testing challenges and contribute to continuous improvement of test

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver customer test programmes from quotation through to final report
• Plan and execute tests in accordance with customer requirements, international standards and QHSE processes
• Apply engineering expertise to develop test methodologies, procedures, rigs and fixtures
• Work collaboratively across test disciplines within the Quatro Park facility
• Produce test documentation including risk assessments, reports and supporting records
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test capability and ways of working
