Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Materials Operations Manager to lead materials planning, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics within a busy UK manufacturing environment.

You will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS), drive improvements, manage teams in materials, stores, and logistics, and develop supply chain capabilities to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong background in materials management, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with MPS, MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning.
• Knowledge of SIOP/S&OP processes, forecasting, and BOM structures.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
