Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a part-time Chef at the Fairfield Arms in Audenshaw. You will master the menu and work within a team to serve guests and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub/restaurant preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn our menu and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen mise en place before service.
• Cook dishes to a consistent standard and learn the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
