Job summary

Independent Lives is seeking a part-time PA to support a 7-year-old autistic boy in Angmering. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, and engaging activities, with duties including walks, bathing, play, and mealtimes. The position requires reliability, good timekeeping, and a healthy, tidy approach to daily care.

Hours are Fridays and Saturdays for 8 hours per week, with potential extra hours during holidays. A DBS check is preferred (Independent Lives can arrange).

I am looking for a kind active PA to support my autistic son.

He is a lovely, kind 7 year old boy who has interests in technology, music and lego.

You will be working with another PA who looks after my daughter.

Hours will be Fridays and Saturdays for 8 hours per week total (extra hours available during holidays).

Duties include:

• Going on walks with him, my daughter and the other PA
• Bathing him
• Playing with him
• Sitting with him at mealtimes
