The Codi Group is seeking a part-time Project Worker for our Supported Accommodation Scheme in Abergavenny. Based at Woodstock House, this role involves helping young people experiencing homelessness and those with complex needs to achieve independence and move into their own tenancy.

You will work within a small team, providing housing-related support to individuals with needs such as mental health, substances misuse, and offending behaviour, with a focus on safe, respectful client-centred care.

Job description

A part-time (19hrs) Project Worker in a Supported Accommodation Scheme in Abergavenny.

This is a Project Worker role based in our Supported Accommodation Scheme, Woodstock House, Abergavenny. We have a team of Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.

Working in a team you will provide support to young people experiencing homelessness, alongside complex needs such as alcohol/substance misuse, mental health and offending behaviour. With the aim to provide a housing solution, which involves offering housing related support to assist the service users to gain independence & move into their own tenancy.
