Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking Part Time Bar Staff for the Poplar Farm Inn in Abbotts Ann. You will pour, mix and serve drinks while delivering a warm, welcoming experience to guests.

This permanent, part-time role features flexible shifts, staff discounts across our brands, and a friendly pub-team environment. Applicants must be 18+ and eager to work in a busy hospitality setting. Full training provided; join a trusted pub group within Vintage Inns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service.
• Experience in bar service is beneficial, with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and deliver drinks.
• Pour, mix and serve drinks while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist teammates as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and safe for guests and colleagues.
