The role:

• Leading on complex facility agreements and English law security packages
• Acting for both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of high-value real estate finance deals
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Legal Directors and Partners, across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing your own caseload while mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years' PQE in Real Estate Finance from a recognised top City or US/international law firm
• Proven experience with complex, multi-jurisdictional financing structures
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to run deals with minimal supervision
• A team player with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
