Job Title: Reactive Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a driven and experienced Reactive Supervisor to join our team in Enfield, London. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of reactive maintenance services to our residents.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead from the front: Supervise and motivate a team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure prompt and effective responses to resident repair and maintenance requests.
  • Prioritise and schedule reactive maintenance work effectively to minimise disruption to residents and maximise efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and other stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and control costs within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Promote a positive and safe working environment for all team members.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Reactive Supervisor or in a similar role within the property maintenance or social housing sector.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Experience of working within budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • FRA experience is beneficial but not essential.
