Angus Council is seeking a Reactive Repairs Officer to join their Housing Technical team. This temporary full-time position offers a hybrid work style, allowing flexibility in working from home and council buildings. Salary: £32,660 - £36,270 per year

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid+.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
As Reactive Repairs Officer you will be working in the Housing Assets – Housing Technical team, assisting in maintaining the council’s housing stock to SHQS standards and a range of housing improvements. Knowledge of current Scottish housing maintenance issues, regulations and legislation is essential.
Our aim is to provide delivery of service efficiency and cost effectively to produce a well-designed end product that promotes Angus as a great place for people to live, work and visit. You will be joining a friendly motivated team with a broad range of experience and skill sets who will be supportive of your new role.

This job is temporary for up to 12 months from date of appointment.
