Job summary

Prime Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Plumber for a permanent, full-time role in Derry/Londonderry. You will join a reactive maintenance team, performing repairs, installations and maintenance across residential properties.

The role requires a recognised plumbing qualification or time-served experience, a CSR Card, and a full UK driving licence. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive pay up to £16.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Recognised plumbing qualification or time-served experience.
• Proven experience carrying out plumbing repairs and installations.
• Experience in construction or property maintenance.
• Good knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing systems.
• Valid CSR Card.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and general maintenance across residential properties.
• Work within occupied and vacant social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair domestic plumbing and heating faults.
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Complete electronic job sheets and maintenance reports.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
