We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham. In this fast-paced role, you will optimise our repairs service through effective scheduling, while operating with compassion, care and empathy.

Having ownership of this process from start to finish, you consider priority, location, and time, whilst mitigating risks that could affect KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support our trade operatives, via phone and email, while they successfully complete their works on site, always striving for a first-time fix resolution.
Accuracy is key to a first-time resolution, therefore you take pride in the notes you make for each job/task on the system, to support compliance and process
Producing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports daily, that contribute to the overall Contract performance.
If you have planning and scheduling experience fantastic, however, we also welcome and encourage anyone with high level customer service-based experience, ideally via the telephone, and astute problem-solving skills to apply.
