React Technical Lead

With Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers opportunities to contribute and grow from two perspectives:

- Tech leadership as a lead developer within one of our four cross-functional teams, helping deliver sprints and tackling new, challenging parts of the product.

- Chapter leadership across these teams, driving best practices, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring teams work cohesively on a unified codebase.

As the Frontend Lead, you will motivate our frontend developers in designing and implementing high-quality web applications and interfaces. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers will be key to delivering outstanding user experiences.

You will mentor and guide the frontend team while staying hands-on with coding and technical decisions. The role involves working in an agile environment with modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support frontend developers across multiple teams, addressing technical challenges.
• Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement complex web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers for seamless integration.
• Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a frontend developer with strong knowledge of frontend technologies and architectures.
• Experience leading or managing frontend teams or chapters.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and React; experience with NextJS and Apollo GQL is beneficial.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools, package managers, and version control (Webpack, NPM/Yarn, Git).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
