XPO is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a rotating continental shift in Corby. You will contribute to a large, complex logistics operation, performing general warehouse duties and manual handling of cages and large items.

The role requires a valid Reach truck licence and a focus on health and safety. Enjoy a rotating day/night schedule with a 16-week rota and training opportunities through XPO University.

We’re looking to bring in aWarehouse operative/Reach truck driver on the continental shift, for our contract based inCorby,Based at their production facility. You`ll be working on thecontinental shift

Shift Pattern;

This role operates on a rotating continental shift pattern, covering both days and nights.

• Day shifts: 07:00–19:00
• Night shifts: 19:00–07:00
• Rotation: A 16-week rota alternating between day and night shifts.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer asalary of £16.40 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• General warehouse duties
• There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A focus on health and safety and a Valid and in date accredited Reach truck licence
• Experience within Warehousingwould be beneficial
• Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
• Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
