Job summary

ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Driver for a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver to join a growing business offering stable, ongoing work in a modern warehouse environment.

Pay is £14.20 per hour, with shifts Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Key duties include operating Reach Truck safely, moving and storing goods, performing pre-use checks, and maintaining accurate stock

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Confident operating Reach Truck equipment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Move, load, unload, and store goods accurately
• Complete daily pre-use checks and report any faults
• Support stock movements and replenishment duties
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
• Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations
