Job summary

Echo Personnel Limited is recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Driver for a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Kettering. This role offers stable, ongoing work in a modern warehouse environment with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour.

Key duties include operating Reach Truck safely, moving and storing goods, completing pre-use checks, supporting stock movements, and maintaining accurate locations. You will work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, in a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Confident operating Reach Truck equipment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Move, load, unload, and store goods accurately.
• Complete daily pre-use checks and report any faults.
• Support stock movements and replenishment duties.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations.
