Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting an FLT Reach Truck Driver for a client in Brownhills, West Midlands. You will operate a Reach Truck, perform pre-use checks, and manage goods in a busy warehouse.

Working Monday to Friday with rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts, you will receive weekly pay and on-site benefits. Immediate starts and ongoing training are provided to support progression. Experience with pallet storage, stock organisation and quality checks is required.

Qualifications

• A valid accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong spatial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• A reliable, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Carrying out daily pre-use vehicle inspections and reporting any defects promptly.
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and safely storing pallets within racking locations.
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse using FLT equipment.
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Unpacking, storing, and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Organising stock and maintaining accurate warehouse locations.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company standards at all times.
