Butternut Box is seeking a warehouse operative at our Blyth/Doncaster site to support a busy kitchen and distribution flow. You will operate Reach Truck, counterbalance and related forklift equipment, with potential upskilling to Counterbalance/Reach Truck roles.

A rolling 41-hour week on a rotating day/night schedule is offered, with weekend work and specific shift times. We emphasise safety, product quality, and team collaboration, with opportunities for training and internal development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Reach Truck and Counterbalance, PPT or LLOP is essential.
• Confident in the use of warehouse IT equipment.
• Comfortable working in temperatures as low as -40°C and outside yard work.
• Able to adapt to changing work environment with varied roles and responsibilities.
• Working level of speaking English and ability to read English.
• Numerate and able to understand and work with numbers.

Responsabilités

• Operate reach truck, counterbalance and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications.
• Stock count and systems transactions.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of floors, walls and conveyors.
