Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Forklift Truck Drivers, Counter balance or Reach FLT Drivers, for a leading warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operation based in Beliver, Plymouth.

You will operate Reach or Counter Balance FLT, move stock, load and unload, and support a fast-paced site. Overtime and a performance bonus are offered, with a temporary-to-permanent path after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach or Counter Balance Forklift Truck licence (essential).
• Recent experience as a Reach FLT Driver or Warehouse Operative in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
• Committed to working safely and maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout warehouse, production, and dispatch areas.
• Support a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, and distribution operation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Work as part of the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
