Job Description:

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing goods as well as ensuring production has materials for planned production each day.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in a cold store at -20°C.
• Load and unload vehicles with ride-on pallet trucks.
• Unload containers with loose cases.
• Locate and retrieve pallets using a reach truck.
• Handle cases when re-working stock or picking orders.
• Check in receipted goods.
• Complete picking and loading documentation.
• Use a counterbalance to move pallets.
• Use a clamp attachment to de-top cases off pallets.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs.
• Maintain product quality.
• Eliminate non-conformances and strive for first-time accuracy.
• Maintain high accuracy levels.
• Optimize efficiency while maintaining standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance and breakdowns.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.

Experience and skills required:

• Reach truck license (in-house accepted).
• Counterbalance license (in-house accepted).
• Own transport and driving license.
• Ride-on truck experience preferred.
• Warehouse and cold store experience.
• Proactive attitude and leadership by example.
• Team communication skills.
