Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd is recruiting motivated Reach Truck Drivers to join our client's Leicester warehouse. This fast-paced role involves safe operation of a Reach Truck and general warehouse duties in a cold environment with a weekly rota-based schedule.

Shifts run 07:00–18:00, with permanent opportunities possible. A valid ITSSAR/RTITB licence and minimum 3 years' Reach Truck experience are essential. Excellent hourly pay and temp-to-perm pathways available.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date Reach Truck licence (ITSSAR or RTITB).
• Minimum 3 years Reach Truck FLT driving experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible.
• Must be able to work the assigned shift pattern.
• Own transport essential due to limited public transport options.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck to load, unload, and move stock.
• Transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.
